7 STEP TURN-KEY SOLUTION
Step 1: ONSITE LIGHT COUNT
We send a team of Lighting Experts to your location to conduct a complete count of all your existing lighting fixtures. We document each fixture's type, voltage, wattage and ceiling height.
Step 2: LED LIGHTING RECOMMENDATIONS
Once the Light Count is complete, we enter your existing light fixtures into our software and research the best & latest energy efficient LED Lighting to replace your old fixtures.
Step 3: RESEARCH REBATES & INCENTIVES
Our team will conduct an extensive search for ALL available Utility Rebates, Financing Incentives & Federal Tax Credits your project qualifies for. We even fill out and complete all the necessary paperwork to make sure your organization receives back the maximum amount of rebates & incentives available.
Step 4: LIGHTING ANALYSIS & REPORT
We will meet with you and present our Lighting Analysis & Report which will highlight total your energy savings, maintenance savings, Return on Investment, eligible rebates and total cost of the project.
Step 5: NEW LED LIGHTING INSTALLATION
Upon approval, our network of certified electricians will remove your facility's old fixtures, install your new LED fixtures, and cleanup & recycle your old bulbs. Alternatively, your organization has the option to use your own installers and/or electricians to install the new LED fixtures.
Step 6: ENJOY YOUR ENERGY SAVINGS
